The Tenderer shall be required to subcontract thirty percent (30%) of the scope of work to a Mid Tier Entity, in accordance with the classification guidelines issued by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA). A signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) governing the subcontracting arrangement shall be submitted as a mandatory tender returnable by the tender closing date and will form part of the tender evaluation process.
