Key Personnel – 1x Site Manager or Supervisor, must have at least a grade B PSIRA qualification, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience. 3. Plant and Equipment – Must have at least 2 bakkies, the bidder may own or lease the bakkies. 4. Previous contract termination – Any bidder whose contract for service of this nature has been terminated by Koukamma Municipality for non-performance in the past will be disqualified. | ||
