Special Conditions:

The service provider facilitates the public notification process, draft adverts, and place them in the relevant newspapers, inform the relevant authorities that the MHI will be advertised and deliver the copy of the MHI QRA. They must also pay registration fees for the four booster pumping stations, draft letters to inform neighbours of the MHI, compile a dossier of proof that all public notifications were undertaken and provide to Rand Water for records.
