Special Conditions:

ONLY Service Providers based at the Eastern Cape can submit proposals. All learners must be collected from their respective schools and transported to Nozizwe Primary School, with arrival required by 07:30am. Return transport must be arranged such that all learners are collected from the venue between 14:00pm and no later than 15:00pm and safely returned to their respective schools. All drivers are licensed and in possession of a valid PrDP All vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with applicable safety regulations A valid operating permit is in place for the specified routes, covering transportation from point of collection to the drop-off location
