Bids must be enclosed in SEALED ENVELOPES and addressed to the Municipal Manager, Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality with the following information clearly marked on the outside of each envelope (Project name and Project bid No.) Bids must be deposited in the Bid box at the offices of Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality in Creighton before the closing date and time. Late tenders will NOT be considered. NB: The offers must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date for submission of bids. Dr Nkosazana Dlamini Zuma Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or any part of the Bid.
